ktmusser Hi babes❤️ I feel like it is so hard to eat healthy and stay motivated during the holiday season. From experience I know that it is so easy to eat too much comfort food or cookies, so I thought that I would give you guys a few of my tips and tricks to avoid unnecessary weight gain during the holidays! 1. Indulge in whatever you're craving, but don't over do it. 2. Re-create healthy versions of your favorite comfort foods 3. Stay active whether it's long walks with your dogs, or smashing a workout at the gym 4. If you ate 10 pieces of pie, don't throw in the towel and eat bad for the rest of the week. Wake up the next day and start again. 5. If you know you will be eating a huge unhealthy meal, make sure to eat lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains for your other meals.
