Steps: 🔺Wrap a resistance band around your waist and loop the ends around your knees 🔺Use a medicine ball, foam roller, or yoga block and place between your knee caps 🔺Keep your back flush on the ground and squeeze your knees together (raise toes) 🔺Engage your core by dropping your rib cage and raising your hands and head (hollow position) 🔺Release the ball and with the help of the band, stretch the adductors . . Protocol: 🔺Ideally contract for 10 secs, and then stretch for 30 secs (repeat for 3-5 cycles) 🔺I like to run this drill before Squats/Sumo (shorter duration) and then post workout for longer durations 🔺Do this 2-3 times a week 🔺Couple this with abductor drills and see your overall mobility and stability improve.
