jm.movement You can’t out train a bad diet! . . . Pictured on the left was me at my heaviest weighing in at 85kgs. Firstly let’s take a look at what I was doing to get into such bad shape. I would always push myself hard at the gym with heavy weights 5 days a week. Although no matter how hard I trained i never saw any changes in my physique. . . . If you’re training and want to see changes in your body, you must understand the importance of proper nutrition. Here’s are the 3 main things I did wrong: 1. Poor food quality especially overconsumption of fatty and SUGARY foods 2. Did not consume enough vegetables 3. Over consumed protein . . . Your nutrition will dictate at least 80% of the results that you will get, Training in the gym is the easy part! Here a some simple steps to follow if you’re still not seeing results. 1. Limit all refined SUGAR 2. Limit all processed foods 3. Eat 3-5 servings of vegetables 4. Eat a variety of lean proteins (beef, chicken, fish, pork, eggs) 5. Eat a variety of fruits 6. Eat healthy fats (oils, nuts, seeds, avocado, fatty fish) 6. Drink plenty of water Tag a friend and start getting results! #jmmovement

Friday date night with the hubby—Sushi 🍣 & Sashimi 🐟 night! ⛩🎎🎏🏮 Chris, our wonderful waiter brought us something super special to our table. It was THE BEST bite of the night, maybe even the best dinner bite in a long time. Baked Salmon & Red Snapper wrapped around spicy fresh crab 🦀 topped with a sauce and flying fish eggs! OMGsh Soooooooooo unbelievably delicious! I simply can’t adequately describe how incredible it was. The hubby named this amazing bite Poseidon’s Jewel 💎 It was definitely a treasure of the sea 🌊 Tonight was a wonderful night with delectable food, excellent customer service, great conversation with the best company.
