roxy_coreactive Kettlebell + flow bodyweight combo. Really enjoying adding these two element of fitness together. - Play around with various moves on the floor for the bodyweight flow, there really isn’t any specific method. Just move and feel what flows best. - Combining the cardio & strength aspect of the Kettlebell with the bodyweight aspect, working on movement, mobility and core strength gives a great all round workout. - I like to practice what I preach, and work on my weaker areas as much as I can. chandra.chusnul 13th exercise : bicycle crunches / elbow to knee crunches 20 sec work 10 sec break Lie flat on the floor with your lower back pressed to the ground (pull your navel in to also target your deep abs). Put your hands behind your head, then bring your knees in towards your chest and lift your shoulder blades off the ground, but be sure not to pull on your neck. Straighten your right leg out to about a 45-degree angle to the ground while turning your upper body to the left, bringing your right elbow towards the left knee. #workoutathome #bicyclecrunches #absworkout
