poppyokotcha Pre flight lunch, NYC coming your way 🐉 Steamed kale sprouts with lemon and hemp oil 🍋 Sliced tomato, olive oil and truffle salt 🍅 Parsley Oyster mushrooms fried up in olive oil with oregano, white pepper and lots and lots of garlic (to keep the immune system strong in transit💪🏾) 🍄 Cayenne pepper on everything 🌶 Toasted wholemeal sourdough 🍞

poppyokotcha 🍯Lunch 🌺Boil pre soaked black rice for 20mins 🍚 🌺Lightly stir fry in coconut oil: Shallot (or any onion) Garlic Ginger Carrot🥕 Scotch bonnet 🌶 🌺Add mange toute and half a celery stick celery at the very end just to warm 🌺Season with cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt 🌺Heat through pre prepared (or you can use tinned) red kidney beans (or whatever beans you like!) 🌺Add to a bowl: Fennel Remaining half of the celery stick Mixed seeds (pumpkin, flax and sunflower) Flaked almonds (or whole!) 🌺Once the rice and beans are ready drain and add to your bowl 🌺Take the veg off the heat and dress with Tamari sauce and sesame seed oil 🌺Add the cooked veg to your bowl 🌺Add the chopped tomato last so it doesn’t don’t get crushed bellow the warm veg (unless you like warm squished tomatoe!!)🍅 💦we keep almost all the food prep waste to be made into stock... I’ll post up how soon! 💦also how to prep black rice and all kinds of beans
