bbc_travel In central #Vietnam's ancient town of Hoi An, many of the buildings are bathed in a striking golden-yellow hue. There are many theories as to why the buildings are yellow: Some believe that it symbolizes royalty; others believe it to be for practical reasons, as a light colour yellow absorbs less heat. bbc_travel Whoa! Our friends at @bbcearth shared this photo from @jonaspiontek and it's AMAZING. Taken in #Venezuela, Jonas wrote that "the bat, that you see in the middle of that frame, is not photoshopped or digitally edited, it was right there, right in front of the bolt and exactly in the dark, cloud covered spot."
